This experience became a catalyst in his lifelong pursuit of understanding psychological as well as physical scaring and healing, advanced healing through touch therapies and understanding trauma. His art explores the juxtaposition of painting and the human body. “I did not really begin to unravel the depth of my life until I began breaking apart the pristine surface that I once painted on with a careful hand. This experience was a catalyst into understanding the process of healing.”

Whether you are coming to the clinic for pain, internal imbalance, cosmetic, anxiety/depression, or personal and preventative health, Daniel offers every patient the opportunity to take part in the wonderfully transformative process of restoring balance to body, mind and spirit.

Western wellness experts have spoken for decades about the effects of long-term stress on emotional and physical well being; and they are increasingly speaking about the importance of mindfulness, centeredness, and balance.

Lucky for us, Chinese medicine has held the belief for thousands of years that balance can only be achieved by treating the physical, emotional and mental bodies as one.

His wellness center is centrally located in Manhattan and looks like an oasis of calm and healing.

Go to Magnus Wellness in Manhattan for healing from Daniel Fielder, acupuncturist and doctor of oriental medicine. He combines Asian body work and herbal remedies plus Tuina massage to facilitate healing. Daniel’s calm and accurate treatments have helped me manage colds, stress, digestion, allergies and in maintaining general well being. He also treats weight loss and cosmetic rejuvenation. He helped my brother-in-law in Arizona who had ALS and provided compassionate relief and helped him maintain strength. Tucson lost a fine doctor when Daniel relocated to NYC. -Maria Lee
